Refund?

So I brought a crown for 200 coins the other day thinking it would be useful, turns out it's useless to me. My question is, can support or anyone else refund those 200 coins and take the crown off me? I don't see why not. You must have a record of me buying it. It's alot of coins to regret using. I have spent a fair bit of money on coins for this game so I expect support to be lenient with me. As someone else once said, it's only a virtual object being refunded. It costs you nothing. It would be nice to have a refund. It would secure future coin purchases from me. Thanks.

Why not sell it? Selling it at a reasonable price can lead to a great profit, Otherwise, why did you buy it?

You purposefully bought the crown at the time, then realised later it wasn't what you wanted.... it's unlikely you'll get a refund, I'm afraid but you can send an email to kingdomsupport@haypi.com and try your lucky anyway.

They're items like Gems and Medals, they're used to upgrade to the 3rd titles from 1st titles, like 1st civilian to 3rd baron, and 1st baron to Viscount ect.

I think they're from Earl to Marquis, or Marquis to Duke.

I said about, I don't have minimum prices memorized. Half of something is about >.>

You need 2 to upgrade from Duke to King and 4 to upgrade from King to King of Kings.

Try to find a way to sell it or just hold it, if they don't refund you. For future reference though, ask people what the item you're about to spend coins is before buying.

Nuggets, gemstones, medals, scepters, and crowns are only used to level up or make money by buying low and selling high. Oddly enough, you'll occasionally find players selling these items at minimum price, but in many servers, the prices for these items aren't quite at rock bottom yet. Meaning profit.

-Swords give two attack per level of the sword. Max of lv 15 sword.
-Armor give two defense points per level of the armor. Max of lv 15 armor.
-Horses give two speed points per level of the horse. Max of lv 15 horse.
-Manuals give one point in all stats aside from fortune per level of the manual. Max of lv 15 manual.
-Rings give one point in fortune per level of the ring. Max of lv 10 ring.
----------the above 5 means you can get a max of +45 attack, +45 defense, +45 speed, and +10 fortune. You start with +20 attack, +20 defense, 0 speed, and +20 fortune. You get +.5% per point in attack and defense added to the stat of the units. You get +1% per point in speed added to the stats of your units.--------------

-more often than not, if you have to buy a key for your chest, the combine total worth of the chest and key will be worth more than the prize you obtain from the chest.
-i've seen somewhat decent items come out of lv 1 and 2 chests which only take a few points to get to open chest lv 1 and 2.
-you can sell chests for a really good bit if you can find a player that has focused on opening chests. You'll both can make profit.
