Do not know who to talk to

I have an issue that I have been trying to get resolved. Does anyone know who Tracy is? Support4 informed me this is the person I need to talk to but there is no such user. The problem stems from last months pvp. Any help would be appreciated. I cannot in good concience buy more coins until my issue is resolved and I need coins for my VIP.
