i didint test but i dont think a lvl 10 acc can refer when u make a new one how do we refer?
im backish i quit the main game atm slowly comeing back forum is a start XD

Not true, i advertised this game on storm8 games, and i have recieved a total of 23,000 prestige from all the people reaching 3rd baron, and ive gotten 260 coins from 3rd viscounts... Sadly haypi has no refer3 task :'( id like seeing maybe 30 coins for a refer reaching earl and 50 coins for a referral reaching marquis... Maybe 100 for a duke 
tho my best referral is only lvl 15 :p

I dont see y it would have changed, and i got my last referral that reached 3rd visc like a week and a half ago... On 2.02 update i think
