No Task

I have no "create new account task" and i was wondering Y? Some other ppl tell me that they have made new accs on the task already.... Is there going to be maintnence that adds the new acc task to the ppl that are lvl 10+ and dont have it!??

Not fair i reeeeealy wanted to get top rank but because server 1 was already there...there are probably lev 10s by now
