New account names and default password

So I had a friend agree to try the game. He loaded it and got the default user name assigned by Haypi/Apple. When he couldn't figure out how to change it or list me as referrer, he tried reinstalling to see if he missed a step. However, he never got asked to assign a password at any point.

Now when he goes to launch the game, it tells him what his ha_####### account is, but it won't retrieve his password, it says it doesn't recognize the account. So, he doesn't know the default password assigned by Haypi/Apple, and he can't retrieve lost password, and he can't login, so he's basically stuck. Suggestions?

Oh, and it doesn't look like he's on my server since it didn't let him enter me as referrer. Can that be changed?

There has been a lot of "ha_######## glitched accounts.

Please tell him to wait while this problem is being fixed.

I've heard that there is a new "change name" task for new registrations, so that it would make it easier to clear out inactives.. Just what I've heard not entirely certain on this.

My wife had the same problem. Wanted to get her playing but she doesn't want some ha.xxxxxx name and doesn't know here password to get back in since it didn't let her pick one. I personally love the game so far (although it is a little slow at times) but a few small fixes could really help.

Ahh haypi. At least they're dealing w/inactives now.

If your account is a ha_ account, you will have a task 5 to complete which will change your username and allow you to refer (if I'm not mistaken).
Tasks 1 through 4 must be completed before Task 5 will be available.
