Re: Rule clarification

Allow me to retort for i find this quite comical. You acknowledge this game to be international yet in another threads its demanded for users to only speak english in world chat because its the only language moderators are limited to. Didnt see that in the Haypi's guide to conformacy. English isnt the most spoken language by the way.
Knowing its an international game with different backgrounds why is it common that players are subjected to the interpretations of one. Does anyone else see the contradiction? FAIL!

Before users submit their rights to Haypi's Totalitarianism Society, all users must agree to Apple's Terms and Conditions which supersede all. Below is the link so please educate yourselves.

http://www.apple.com/legal/itunes/us/terms.html#APPS

certain points i personally love to debate are

These Services are available for individuals aged 13 years or older. If you are 13 or older but under the age of 18, you should review this Agreement with your parent or guardian to make sure that you and your parent or guardian understand it

We don't need a constant reminder kids play this game. Which leads me to my next point i love

You understand that by using the Services, you may encounter material that you may deem to be offensive, indecent, or objectionable, and that such content may or may not be identified as having explicit material. Nevertheless, you agree to use the Services at your sole risk and Apple shall have no liability to you for material that may be found to be offensive, indecent, or objectionable. Product types and descriptions are provided for convenience, and you agree that Apple does not guarantee their accuracy.

It's the sole responsibility of the parent to limit what their kids are exposed to. Being online in general you will come across views contrary to your own which you may find offensive. I'm simply saying accept the fact that its bound to happen and it's out of our control so stop parenting.

My reference to god given rights also known as human rights has nothing to do with a country.

you should really quote all of it

Jack Kerouac wrote:Here's to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They're not fond of rules, and they have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them; disagree with them; glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can't do is ignore them. Because they change things. They push the human race forward. And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world are the ones who do.

No kidding the same country that promotes media blackouts? Censors free speech and basic liberties of people. This sounds all too familiar....
