Come on can we get some further communication from support on when this will be. I understand its when 2.03 is ready but why do we have to wait for all of 2.03 to be approved, throw in a patch straight away to fix this issue if you have found the fault, im spoken to well over 50 people with this bug in pvp or my server and quietalot have said they have had enough of the game due to the issues that continue to occur, weather it be chat bugs, crop glitches, hunts turning into occupying and other faults that have been occuring.

Blame apple. They have to check it first before they put it in appstore
Re: 2 weeks and still no fix for ISO4.1 pm chat bug
Hold on apple are not to blame, and i dont think blaming them is appropiate either Im not blaming haypi as these thing occur unfortunately. I do believe however that a patch could of been impletemented by now and at least a in game mail could of been sent relating to this issue.

they told us that they released the updatevto apple, and that it was still "in review"

K2 im well aware of what thomas stated, just a little further communication would be extremely reassuring, dont you think? Ive stressed a point regarding communication numerous times on the forums and if support had of informed the community when they relised there was an issue they may have saved alot of people the grief that this bug has caused. A simple letter. Anyway it didnt occur but they could send one out now or lets us know when the update will be svailable, apple wpuld work on a timeline and haypi would know this and be informed as to when they would expect the app to be declined or approved. This information passed on to the community would help lighten the anxiety that this issue has caused to alot of people

You are causing more anxiety going about it this way. Complaining won't speed it along only aggravate the situation. Yes we are suffering from it but they are working on it and this isn't the first time apple has delayed a patch from being releases. Just hold your horses and it will come out lol

Rico I think you've completely missed the point in Wickermans posts. He isn't complaining, he understands about Apple having to approve it but all he is asking for is a bit more communication to the players so we'd be aware of the problem and try to avoid it until the update is approved.
Re: 2 weeks and still no fix for ISO4.1 pm chat bug
We have already discussed the problem in other posts. It's already been submitted for approval and when it's approved by apple it will be released. I understand everyone wants reassurances but wouldnt you rather support work on glitches and answering support mails regarding lost armies due to lag etc, than holding our hand until the patch comes out. The constant calling out of support is getting quite old from certain players who seem to want to pick a bone with them whenever the chance. Like was stated, support is bombarded with mails hourly and they have to manage their time well. If they were able to have a 100% sure answer they would tell us if not just hang tight

Again I say, Rico is illiterate. There's no point in arguing with him he's blind to anything other than his own opinions. I agree Wicker, if I still played I would greatly appreciate a bit more communication between the players and staff. I'm sure most of the other players feel the same as well. Not communicating makes it look like the staff doesn't care about the community. I'm not saying they don't but that's how it looks.
