Failed to play

I have an iPod touch and just recently got the Haypi app. But now once in a while for long periods of time I haven't been able to play. It gives me a message: Communicating, please try late.
Only it lasts for hours and hours. I know i have Internet because I have other Internet games I can play while this happens. I also refreshed my Internet connection and I reported several times of this happening in the app store. I am really getting frustrated and this is making me not even want to play anymore, but I like the game. Does any one know what I should do???

Try deleting the app off of multitasking
1.click "home" button. You can exit from the game interface
2.double-click the "Home" button
3.press Haypi kingdom icon at the bottom of interface for three seconds
4.click "-"icon to close the Haypi kingdom app
5.click "home" again
6.start game

If that doest work try restarting your device.
