Best stat combo help?! So confused

Ok, so I have a speed/attack combo for my cat/inf army. However, I have recently heard of huge cav armies using speed/attack combos. But my question is, which combo is best? And how do people support huge cav armies and use them against forts even though they cant have all their cavs in their city even though they have lvl 9 oasis crops? How do they use this huge army to launch an attack on a fort? Your time answering my questions in the greatest detail possible is appreciated

Yeah I hear speed and defense is best for a cav army, and speed and fortune is best for a cat + infantry army.

you just combine all units in your main city, then hurry up and attack. afterwards you spread your troops back out. Speed and defence are best for pure cav armies.

cav and archer. why archer? Ill explain it: Archer got more health (625>450), more defence (125>100), and with right commanding they can hit cats before cats hit them (higher speed) ill explain it more in my next guide
