How do people like vayneglory10 make those boxes with the pictures in it above the signature? I want one when I post, does anyone know? Please tell me in detailed description so I can understand and fallow what you said.

you can download the 30 day trial version, thats how i made mine. Also there are other programs you can use such as GIMP.
