Market failure
In order for players to level up, certain treasures r necessary. Normally, players would have a choice to buy the treasures with either coins or with haypi money, golds. Players can make money by selling resources they make or gain from battles. However, with the price of resources at 0.01, it's almost hopeless for many to make enough money to buy necessary treasures. Even if u have the money, there is no treasures to buy from the market except for nugget. N treasures that r put up cost maximum price. So in the end, players r forced to buy coins to get the treasures. The problem is not many players can afford to buy coins. Nor should they b forced to buy them. As a result, many ppl simply just quit. Having many inactives then contribute to low market price... U have created a bad cycle that feeding off each other. There will b no doubt in my mind this game will fail unless u do something about it.
Support should provide n maintain steady number of treasures at max price. Giving players meaningful choice between buying it with coins instantly or work hard n save golds for them. Raise the resource price floor so that it would take reasonable time for players to make money. I like this game. But don't make me a quitter too.
