Hacked

I was hacked today. I've just got my account back however all my items and money and coins have been looted. I contacted experts on game and support, and it seems that they don't really care. I was passed on information by an expert on my server that vayneglory said it was my own fault, as I had shared my account info. This was correct three months ago when I was absent from the game due to other commitments, when I came back to haypi my password was changed to details no one could of guessed and that I never gave out. (personal details only my wife is aware off) when I received support email my password had been changed to. Hurricane1969 which I've had no affiliation with or even know of anyone going by this name. I'm requesting that support investigate this matter and find out where all my items and coins went as this information may lead to finding the person responsible and may stop this from occuring to anyone else. I would also like for support to look into reinstating all the items and losses I've occurred as it is apparent that there is a security issue as I am 100 % sure that no one has been given my details by myself and my wife doesn't play and my password is only know by the two of us and it consisted on 6 letters and 8 numbers

Re: Hacked

Your semi well written sentences mixed with poor structure, long tangents, misused grammar and mispelled words matches at least...

Did you or did you not share account information at any time? From what I read you did. My advice is don't share/give out account information and your items and coins will be just fine. <3

Re: Hacked

As I expected someone trying to bash a post once again. You have nothing constructive to say so shut your mouth up. If you had bothered to read it even thru the grammar mistakes or whatever you think you can pick on then you would of seen that the issue is with security as there was no possible way for my info to have been shared. No go away and crawl back under your rock

Oh I'm not bashing, I'm evaluating the post you made in a public forum. Exactly what you wanted otherwise you'd have simply contacted support. In any case, your above quote is confusing, did you or did you not share account information?

Re: Hacked

Can you read?

It is quiet obvious to me that the onlyway anyone could of obtained my password was from this forum, either the person was able to hack into the forum and obtain it or it's someone with access to the forum. At no time did my password that was made up of 14 characters in a combination of both numbers and letters given out to anyone. And to be able to guess it would be near impossible.

Re: Hacked

I can read now ask yourself, can you write. "This was correct three months ago when I was absent from the game due to other commitments...", what was correct?

Hey babe, this is a public forum... Check yourself as this mystery unravels. Sit back, calm down, refrain from the overwhelming need to constantly babysitting and let a thread take life; we're having a conversation.
P.s. You're eyes are pretty.
