Talking. In caps is it leggal or not

hm i never heard something that its illegal but u use caps if u shout something in chat

I've seen people get angry over people using all caps in chat. It's funny. XD

not against the rules just really annoying

I don't see a problem in people using caps lock as long as they aren't spamming.

If you are trying to make a case of "abuse" against a mod, keep in mind that there are many legal things, that if done to excess, that can be a problem.

Real world example: calling people. If you call people once a day, not a problem. If you call someone over and over endlessly, thats harassment and illegal.

Just go by the kevstev golden rule: Don't be a bubbles.

And if an expert asks you in game to stop doing it, just stop doing it and move on

We have some people in our server who only type in caps.

For me, people talking in capital letters is really annoying. I really dislike people who do this, just to get attention. It is not recommended to talk in full caps.
