Mutes for using non English language

People have been getting muted for speaking in other languages. Some experts say it is a rule that u have to speak only English. Others say that because the can't understand it it is spam. I want to know what the right answer is is it a rule or not

The only time speaking another language is world chat is allowed is when two or more people are having a legit conversation. If it is one person (or a few people) posting meaningless characters/non-English words that even they probably don't understand, then it is considered as spam.

No experts have said that it is a rule. They just said that it is PREFERRED that you speak English. You may speak another language but it is PREFERRED you speak it in alliance chat, or private chat. Experts cannot moderate the chat properly if players speak in another language. Also, I've written a thread about this already.

Tonybails3 and I are both in your server (server10) and our experts have only said that it is preffered that you use English if you know how.

Well, maybe the experts didn't know what you were saying and then they thought it was spam so they decided to mute you, were you the one that was doing the non-English words?
