Well if you ban it completly how will you get people to join your alliance. I am fine with how it is

Fail Whales have nothing to do with recruiting.. Unless you're scamming people by bribing them to join and you'll send them the whale..

From what I know, it was brought from s6 to s5..
Ask someone in s6 if they have it..

If we muted players for posting things that annoyed us I guarantee there'd be only experts in chat -.o That would also be abusing the status.

Yes I know I am being pedantic, but "ban it completely" equates to "mute" does it not? I can't see how you would implement that option any other way.

What i meant was.. Ban - not allowed to do it at all
Mute instantly - They can do it if they're prepared to be mutes (which is kinda the same as ban yes, but they have 'freedom' of choice..)

I brought the fail whale from s6. I think it should be 20 min per whale. (k2 i referred x2 to get on s6...)
