People keep saying bad words and I would like it if like some of the admins would be active because there could be children on the chat talking and they could still make out the word. Also, what do you have to do to gain the privilege to be an expert? My chat box will not come up. I have to restart my iPod and play again in order to talk. Does anybody know what's wrong?

Admins are very busy, and have lots of things to deal with so they aren't usually online unless it's important, that's why we have experts.

To be an expert you must have the qualities stated in the Expert/Moderator Nomination Forums, and be chosen by administration. It's a wonderful honor and only a select few are chosen.

If there are problems in your server, take a screenshot and send it to kingdomsupport@haypi.com if no expert is online to deal out a punishment or warning. You can ask them to stop, but if they continue, screenshotting and emailing will help. :]

As far as your chatbox problem, do you wait twenty seconds for it to load? Possibly your iPod is slow? Memory wise.
If not, it would be an issue for the "Bug Reports" forums.
