RE: Server6 hanging
Do the moderators have any direct contact with game admin/staff?
I was a but under-whelmed by the response to reporting a server crash. Saying that it affected all servers then locking the subject from further discussion didn't help. What about the harm done? Any recourse?
It did stop an outlet for players reasonably expressing frustration where they lost troops due to the game crashing. I think this should be allowed. I notice plenty of encouragement to praise the good aspects of the game, and plenty of bandwidth doing just that. So why the rush to prevent the opposite?
As for my starting the same thread multiple places, I didn't know which would get the fastest response. I wanted some way to prevent the loss I knew was going to happen after I had started attacks and then prevented by the game from finishing them. For me, a paying customer, the need for a fast response was quite urgent.
Here is a paid for game with a very unprofessional response to customer support. Or is this forum the wrong place for that? Please make publicly available the alternative if it is. From personal experience the current behaviour makes frustration worse rather than better.

"Dave Sorenson lost his position as captain of the Australian Farnarkling Team when he inadvertantly shot the Gonad across the Umlat during the all important match deciding third Warble."
