Forum/Game Rules

I'm just curious as to why the need arose to change the Forum/Game Rules I wrote to be in the name of you Tracy, they were fine as they were. I guess it just wouldn't do to have the Big Bad Wolf... Err Vayne... Tarnishing those rules.

It was me Vayne. If you noticed (which I doubt you did) I also changed off-topic forum rules from Eth.

Why?

It made no sense that players should be following rules stated on forum by players who no longer play (or stomped all over those rules) themselves
