Forts you can easily scout to see its numbers. . .its the oasis that you cant precisely scout

ive only seen i think3 lvl 10 oasis but a bunch of lvl 10 forts r around me

Level 10 oasis DO exist but I think just like higher levelled chests, they don't start appearing until a certain rank is reached within the server.

Could be WAY off there though
