is there a way to delete old account

my friend and I registered separately, on different server. We are trying to register on the same server but failed. is there a way to permanently delete one's account on his deviec?

contact admin or support....did u mis-spell ur friends name on the referal?

I'd like to say yes but support told my friend that they couldn't help.
