Newbie Questions

First thank you in advance for answering these questions. The following has me confused a little:

1. I created another city by accident; how do I shut this city down?
2. I transported all my resources; where did they all go? LMAO

You cannot destroy cities.

They will arrive eventually, be patient

for question number 2 (as shade already awnsered number 1) it will show you when they will arrive in the actions tab

Thanks, I'm assuming transport will save my resources during a possible attack?

As long as their moving before the attack starts unless its hidden
