Difficulty getting to the Main Screen

I have noticed that some people are having trouble finding the screen where it reads: Start Game, My Account, and Visit Haypi.com, it simply directly puts them into the city that they were viewing when they exited the app.

The reason for this is that you most likely have the update for the iPod touch, all that you need to do is remove it from your multi-tasking list. What happens is that since the list makes it available to you to begin where you left off, the game doesn't REALLY close. So if you delete it from the multi-tasking list, it should be fine. This is the only cause that I have noticed so far. If you find the same problem, but take my advice and it still won't work, I would recommend that you email support using the in-game "Help" button.

If you have trouble finding the account info screen, please follow the steps:
1.click "home" button. You can exit from the game interface
2.double-click the "Home" button
3.press Haypi kingdom icon at the bottom of interface for three seconds
4.click "-"icon to close the Haypi kingdom app
5.click "home" again
6.start game
