I support available? A few players have had their accounts hacked and it may be a security bug. Is the game going to be updated? They have not given their passwords to someone and yet when they contact support there is no reply and if they do, support says they cannot help.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Accounts should link to valid email addresses and should not be compromised or shared with other players.

As soon as supports verify players' ownership over a certain account, entry info will be sent (and only be sent) to the email that specific account was registered to.

Generally speaking, if a player hadn't given away his/her account info in any case; hadn't login from abnormal device,had set up valid registry email address and had strengthened his/her password security. Others won't be able to gain access to his/her account. The common case is players has set up passwords that are too simple(i.e. short passwords, use HK username directly or consecutive numbers or letters as a password) so that their accounts become more vulnerable and may easier got breached into.
We strongly recommend players to change their passwords regularly and make their passwords more complicated to strengthen their accounts security. You may make a password with combination of Symbol+number+small/capital letters. Just FYI.
