Extreme Server Lag 130 & 134

Support, servers 130 & 134 at a minimum have been experiencing extreme server lag since 12/28/15 making them essentially unplayable. When can we expect this to be fixed? Thanks!

The lag still continues and I've gotten no response from emails to Haypi Kingdom support. Is there no one in support left to help fix this issue? Many have invested lots of money in this game and for this problem to have existed for so long and continue it is ridiculous!

Still no fix to the server problems and no responses by support here or replies from them to emails sent. It doesn't appear that they will ever fix these servers.
