Account recovery

We know if our account hacked or we forgot our password, we should mail at kingdomsupport@haypi.com from our email address that is used from the beginning of the opening HK account. but one of my friend forget his opening email address to which he open the HK account. but he can remember his account name and its initial password. in this case, is it possible to get back the account by sending an email to kingdomsupport@haypi.com , giving all details about the mobile to which the account is created and the initial password of that account ?
