Dear HK support team,
We write to you time to time. Some time there presence unknown error2002 or we called lag problem. And its lasts sometimes a week or more. In that case, most of the active players and alliance starved. So most of us knock at your door hoping that we may get back our lost troops or may we get some compensation. That is not wrong.
Whatever you want to do, please reply to us. If you not reply to us, we feel you neglect us.
Therefore, we hope you will response to our posts and show us minimum courtesy.

unknown error 2002 is the error code that server sends back to the client notifying it that the request has been sent repeatedly. We assume that you've sent the same request more than 1 time. We suggest you wait for the server response for a while before sending the 2nd request this way you can avoid receiving the mentioned error messages.

We're afraid that any type of compensation won't resolve the core problem however we'll try to improve the server performance and avoid constant lag issues. So please feel free to contact us at kingdomsupport@haypi.com.
