Dear players,

In order to improve our service for vast amount of players, we are planning to perform a temporary maintenance on S609 from 03:00 AM GMT on Apr. 1st, 2015.The maintenance is estimated to last for 4 hours or so and players will not be able to log in during the maintenance. Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding!

Please help us inform everyone of this notice. Thank you for your support and understanding! If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact Support at kingdomsupport@haypi.com.

Thanks for the forewarning! & what does this maintenance consist of? Shouldn't a 608-610 merge for activity be coming? #thingstothinkabout

The maintenance is to improve the server performance. I'm sorry that this maintenance is not for a server merge.

...By saying you made changes to "improve service for vast amount of players," did you mean that you disconnected most of the Haypi kingdom servers and reassigned all of your support staff to newer Haypi games? Ten days of zero replies and zero effort by support to fix problems posted here and reported to kingdomsupport@haypi is clear proof you have no intention to provide the stable gaming experience that you advertise.

Finally they fix the lag problems. But who knows when they again convert it HK: the return of the lag.
They are too cleaver. So they avoid to discuss about what will be the compensation. May be they will not compensate, as they did last time.
And that's why they are avoiding to reply.
