Lag issues and support
I would assume support has received a lot of letters from users that Haypi Kingdom is suffering from severe lag, I alone have written at least 6 letters and have received NO response.
When will this problem be rectified?
50 coins delivered to our accounts at the start of the week to compensate us but not rectifying the problem isnt good enough.
What is going on, does Haypi want us to stop playing, if thats the case, then return money spent on this game.
Basic customer service - respond to emails and letters in a timely manner.
