Can you check S131 as it has serious connection issue.

Can you please indicate why these issues are recurring so frequently and what is your plan to give those that are still active a stable game on which their money does not get wasted on starving Alliance and personal troops?

Thanks,

Axiel.

someone or many I believe are bringing the servers to a stand still. haven't you noticed it's always when support on extended vacations? keep spending your money. they still will not fix. or refund. 50 coins for week long server lag? fk off hk. you've been sucking for years.

April 1: server not responsive. no response from support despite server failires. April Fools joke? No. This is the new Haypi norm.

April 4 Auto-reply:
"Dear players,
We'll be out of the office for a 3-day vacation from Apr.4th to Apr.6th. Your inquiry has already been put on the waiting queue, please be patient and we'll attend to your inquiries as soon as possible when we are back.

We'd appreciate it a lot if you refrain yourself from sending the same inquiry reppeatedly. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Best Regards,
Haypi Team"

...April 9:
Still ZERO reply to emails or this forum.
S131 still "Can not connect to game server" and constant disconnects.
Completely not play-able.

Haypi- are you actually running a company?? Are you supporting your product Haypi Kingdom at all any more or are you just using money people paid you for coins in Haypi Kingdom for your newer games? Taking money for a service and not providing it is called "fraud." Every decent network/Internet based company in the world has some form of support to deal with crashed/failing servers during holidays. If you won't support your product by arranging support coverage during your holidays, you could just announce a planned server shutdown and shut down and restart the game in a way that prevents unfair in-game losses that are now the norm for teams and individual players because of your server and support failures.

Every time we see a Haypi (insert "newer" Haypi game name here) advertisement, your long time loyal players are now laughing and saying Hell No. If you can't even keep a simple old game online, why should we trust Haypi with our time and money in another Haypi game?
