Alliance Merge Rules
First, an alliance merge can ONLY take place between two alliances.
Second, each alliance can only merge ONCE and a merge CANNOT be reversed.
Third, we ONLY accept merge requests from alliance leaders. If the alliance leader is inactive, vices or alliance members must first make an alliance leadership change request. (for details, please see: viewtopic.php?f=1&t=20483)
NOTE:
We can only merge your alliances for you if both alliances are either small or made up of many inactives.
1. The leaders of the two alliances must discuss which alliance will be their major alliance, who will take over as leader, and then send their requests to Kingdom Support.
a) the application won’t be accepted if the requests do not match.
b) the application won’t be accepted if one or both leaders cannot verify account ownership.
2. Support must approve the application before the merge can occur.
a) The minor alliance MUST NOT disband before Haypi Support completes the merge.
b) After receiving a merge completion notice from Support, the minor alliance can disband. Members must join the major alliance on their own.
3. Merge Details
a) The level of the major alliance will be the level of the merged alliance.
b) The prestige count of the major alliance will be the prestige count of the merged alliance.
c) The total workers (aka “slaves”) of the major alliance will be the total workers for the merged alliance.
d) The major alliance’s troop count will be the troop count for the merged alliance.
e) The major alliance’s resources will be the resources for the merged alliance.
f) All of the minor alliance’s money will be transfered to the major alliance.
g) All of the minor alliance’s coins will be transferred to the major alliance.
h) Contribution points for the minor alliance will not be saved.
4. In order to keep the game balanced, the merged alliance cannot have more than 50 members.
5. The merged alliance can request for a name change. It is a ONE-TIME-ONLY action and is irreversible.
