Account Recovery
Hopefully a member of the support staff will read this, as I have been unable to get in touch with anyone in the last four days
I am a member of server 608 and, admittedly, I have made a huge mistake in the past few days. I gave my password to someone who I thought was a friend, and they then proceeded to change all my account information and claim the account as their own. Unfortunately I do not know the creation email and support 608 (Yoyo) has not responded to anything I have sent her. I have been trying to contact her since August the 10th when my account was stolen and have heard nothing back so far. The person with my account is claiming that he has had it the entire time and that he uses it to talk to himself on his other accounts and that I have never had access to the account. This is a complete lie. If it helps, I know the original password used on the account and who the created account is for the level 10 task. My alliance mates recognized that it was not me on the account and will willingly back me up in my fight for my account if they need to. I just really hope someone will respond to me and we can try and get this sorted out. Also, I know i do not have the creation email and it is probably my word against his, but the kid who has my account is a known scammer who has tried to scam for passwords before (and succeeded on this server at an earlier time). He is a known password scammer, and I would just really like my account back.
