Certain players are being targeted by Alts by launching in excess of 60 attacks at one city simultaneously. Support are doing nothing to stop this and people who are being targeted cannot get any game time, they are forced into refuse, when the refuse is up,the attacks start almost immediately.
Sort this out before a lively server dies very quickly.
