Haypi Kingdon City Loyalty

Apoligies for creating a duplicate of this question (if there is one...I've been searching for quite some time and can't find an answer)...but...

How do I boost my City Loyalty? Is it by hunting and the like? I'm confused.

You can restore your city loyalty to 100 by going to the Main Building where there should be an option to Enhance Loyalty for 5 coins. However, the option only appears when your city loyalty is below 100.

So then what's the deal with the Enhancement stone? I was thinking that might be a way to make it go higher than 100 (probably 2 questions there...sorry). Just want to make sure I understand how to use this stuff correctly.

Stones can be used on level 5+ equipment (horse manual etc)
Each time you get a successful enhancement on a piece of equipment the equipment gets a certain percent stronger

Enhancement stones are only for equipment.

The maximum loyalty is 100 for a subcity. You lose 10 per lost attack. Loyalty then increases by 10 for every hour you go without an attack. Or, as previously explained, you can boost the loyalty all the way back to 100 by going to your main city in the sub that has lost loyalty and purchase for 5 coins.
