Haypi Resets data:

I lose:
Army- 57000 archers
Prestige- loss of 170,000
Crop: 300 coins on 2 month enhance in every city, and 140 on upgrading crops from 15-17
Equipment; My horse was Lv 17 enhanced 9, now it's lv 11 enhanced 6, and my manual was lv 12 enhanced 3, now level 8 enhanced 3.
Alliance: We lost our WHOLE army, and my donations got set back majorly.

And all haypi can say is SORRY? And give us 100 coins and think we will all be happy?

I totally agree with you. im very very disappointed. I'm sure a lot if ppl will quit. I recommend contacting iTunes and/or writing a review.

I also see tht ppl were able to dupe troops after this. I watched someone go from lvl 7 to lvl 14 in literally less than two minutes. I have screenshots of the admitted alt.

I believe it, I also saw 4,000,000 cavalry armies. Best part of all, Haypi took me off my 5 day war refuse just so I could participate and the activities -.-"

this is terrible. I hate hearing about these things happening on newly merged servers. I was hearing 128 had great potential before the server reset, crash, whatever it is being called. It is just all bad. I personally do not know if I would continue on that server if I had the type of losses you all had. To those players who are toughing it out, i applaud your dedication.

Yes. It's very frustrating. Ppl put in hard work and and virtually nothing in return. The 100 coins in my opinion was a joke for all the effort and time.

I have some faith that support may come up with something to better make things right. As much as people claim they don't I know support cares about their players; Taem said it best, try and find another mobile game that offers as many updates and as much integrated support as haypi. I haven't. There is one mobage game I played in which I lost 100 dollars of mobage coin and supports response was "this is normal game function"

I am also highly upset. I spent $150 for over 2000 coins & all I get back is 100. I lost troops, a city, prestige points, went from level 19 to 18, lost all my treasures. Something need to be done. This is totally unexceptable!!!

Lost 80k cav and 140k arc and 1.4 million prestige not to mention time and got the 100 coins everyone got as compensation, what a joke. Then they have the gall to say giving back coins I purchased during the thanksgiving sale is all they can do, sorry. Why don't you just continue to bend us players that pay for coin over a little more haypi. Not the first issue I have had like this.
