Connection problems

I hear that "support" have made some system changes and now loads of people cannot login. I've joined the list. Blocking certain UDID may seem like a good idea but when you are preventing long term, long standing, paying, loyal customers it suddenly doesn't seem QUITE such a good idea does it?

I've tried 4 different connections on two different devices with 2 different accounts. Ive even deleted and reinstalled. What have you done "support"?

When the game is dying and the servers are becoming more stale and the play ever more stagnant, preventing the few players you have from logging in isn't going to help.

I assume you will compensate us for lost troops when we eventually get access again??

I'm not about to bash them, because i KNOW they will give back all that was lost. THEY made us unable to log in. Unable to log in---unable to protect starved troops=their fault!

I've spent over $400 on this game. Others have spent TRIPLE THAT OR MORE!

Give us a break.

I'm at 24 hrs now that I have not been able to log in I want to know the meaning of this !! Troops have to be fed or they starve... Hello!

I keep getting "communication delayed" an kicks me out, haven't been able to feed my troops 4/7 days this week, starved to the point of not worth playing anymore. Good job haypi.
