No access into Haypi Kingdom

Why can I not get into the app! I tap the Haypi icon, my screen goes white and chucks me out !! I have deleted the app happy kingdom and reinstalled and it still the same ?
I have also tried to contact support with no joy there either!! If I don't get an answer soon I will go to iTunes and report it there !!
As I feel I am being mis-used ?

What can de do cause our troops will probably be dead

Was that problem fixed? If not, please tell me your device type, firmware (OS) version number of your device and your game version number. We will test.
