armys after update

So whats changed?

30+ more points to put into stats ( and however much more fortune got)
If not mistaken archers have most movement range now?

For those info army users 30 more speed and defence so how will commanding. Be affected?

Archers got a big upgrade as did cav. Cats got a big downgrade...

Archers now can clear the first row of level 10 turrets on round one making rows 2 and 3 the only effective rows.

Cats can now be hit when they are retreating by cavalry. In the past the command system made all attacks go first. This meant that cav moved and then cats moved backward rendering the cav incapable of touching the cats. Now it goes move attack move attack. So cavalry move forward and attack the cats, remaining cats retreat and their turn to attack. This completely changes commanding giving a much larger prowess to the cavalry unit in my opinion

Two points.....

One...cats have finally been put in their place

Two.... Cav? What about inf?

Are you sure about this? I did 2 quick tests and it seemed that backwarding cats were still immune to cav.

Reversing cats doesn't always work, one of the first new versions saw me lose my army (started a new server) to an oasis. Based on this, when attacked I waited my cav and paid the price, as they did indeed move forward but were unable to kill the cats.

This is from 602, after the update. I allowed him to forward several rounds so as to hit him clearly. I ended with 1300 cavs.
