Support124 MIA?

Myself, alliance mates and friends have all mailed support124 numerous times to enquire about or ask for assistance with various issues, yet never receive a response.
This is so frustrating, I'm hoping that perhaps posting this thread can give me some sort of answer as to why this is.
Does Support124 even exist anymore?
The generic cut & paste response of "thank you for letting us know, we will look into this" used to annoy the hell out of me but at least then I knew that support existed.
Where is Vivian?

Support responded to somebody on s125 (also a Vivian server) that Vivian has taken a leave of absence and that her servers are uncovered right now. Yes, that's right. Instead of having another support staff step in while she is away they just said "screw you" to all of the players on her servers.

My friend did send like 10 that were ignored along with all the mails I've sent. He's quit now because of support ignoring him so no point anymore.

Maybe your friend sent emails to the wrong email. Try KingdomSupport@haypi.com they always answer

That would be incorrect. They do not always answer.

Rico, sweets, the mails were sent in game to support124 as instructed by support themselves above. Copies of the mails were also sent to "contact support team" under the general menu. Please don't insult my intelligence. As stated in my first post, using the same method to contact support once resulted in a response (even if it was just a generic cut and paste reply.)
Lately any mail sent has been totally ignored. Not only mails from myself but also from friends. Which is why I asked if support124 were MIA.
I guess your next response will be that maybe I was rude or condescending in my mails. If that were the case, I could understand why I never received replies... But I wasn't. I know Vivian has a stressful job and receives tons of mail each day. I'm always mindful to be polite and courteous when dealing with support.
Apparently Vivian is not MIA, shes alive and well thankfully.
Unfortunately as I said my friend has now quit out of frustration over not being able to get help or acknowledgment from support regarding an ongoing issue.
Hopefully should I need to contact support in the future, my mails will be answered.

If the mail was sent to the correct place you should expect a response soon Make sure you suggest to your friend the same thing
