Coins

I bought some coins from haypi 3 days ago and i didnt get my coins, i didnt get the the normal letter u get in your mail box but i did get an email saying that i have paid for them. Iv sent a letter to support an hour after i didnt get my coins and they still havent got back to me yet 3 days and waiting.
i know there is other players that are having the same trouble with coins, whats going on??????
