server s601 chat not working

My chat is not working in s601. It works on other servers fine byt keep fetting error saying to check my network connection but as it works on other servers i cannot believe this is right

checked and didn't find related error.
It might have been a network connection problem, please retry and confirm back.

It definitely is not a network issue as the chat works for all other servers i am on. it appears that when ever i am not using wifi the chat does not work. I can talk in world chat and alliance chat on all other servers whether using wifi or ky normal network connection
