Login error 3

I did some searching around and found out that is an error recieved when your account has been banned. i havent played in somewhere around a year, so why is my account banned? is there a point of inactivity at which you are banned?
Just curious, if anyone will help out on this issue please do.

Don't think so.. I had an inactive account for 2 years and I'm still able to log in :3

You don't get banned for inactivity, only breaking the rules.

Also when you get banned, a support person will send an email the original email account for verification so check your spam folder for kingdomsupport@haypi.com sometime in the past year I guess.

I'd also like to note, if an account is deleted from a server during a merge, when you log into the account again, it puts you on the same server you were deleted from as a lv0 with a fresh account under the same name....from my own experiences anyway.

i didnt know that either. i dont know what email i used anymore, cuz it's been forever.
idk, maybe i got hacked? i dont recall breaking any rules.
