Lol this is getting a bit ridiculous. I've heard from experts on other servers that Betty is very anti-expert. Didn't think it would be to the degree of er simply ignoring perfectly good candidates and letting any and all things go bad on the chat. We went for months without an expert and she finally got a hold of another expert from another server to go there (and he told her it was temporary until she found a new one) and now he's lost. We have perfectly good candidates like g19master and Jovani94 people who have played the game forever and have been experts before and she hasn't appointed any new ones. She expects someone with two expert titles to be able to moderate 2 chats without any help? Now when anyone asks about a new expert she simply states she isn't planning on making any new ones (even though our current expert told her that his stay was temporary) our expert has even recommended others to become expert and she doesn't take any action on it.
I am severely disappointed in the way support has handled this server and I do understand that you have other servers to attend to but I know of many many people who pay good money to play this game and to not even appoint an expert who is at least active is a bit saddening. I do hope this issue can be resolved in a timely manner.

Support is always bad with choosing experts. I have never seen one on dragon, and there are only imports on new servers.

By the way, what server is this on? I think I remember this story popping up once...

Agreed. A few times I've reluctantly played hd I've seen the expert title. Not that they did much there either. Chat still out of control.
