Mine attacks while on Refuse War / War Refuse. :)

How can a leader and top members of an alliance remain on refuse war continuously and yet send repeated daily mine attacks? If you are on WR in game, I don't think you shouldn't be able to send and command a mine attack. It prevents fair retaliation.

I'm really curious what others think. This type of behavior is what gives the mines a bad name. The refuse war players are nothing more than mine feeders. Where is the fun in that? It just seems logical to me that if you don't want to war in game, you shouldn't be able to war in the mines.

Ok, not a bad idea, but I think your not thinking outside the box.

If these generals are on war refuse, and yet feeding their alliance troops, they must be getting their resources from somewhere other than inactive farms. Think about that and try and find a way to cut their supply lines. Soon enough, they come off refuse and then you may get em.

There's always more than one way to skin a cat, if you can't barge through the front door, try and barge through the back door instead.

If they are on war refuse, they need lots of money to buy resources and forts to farm. Hit their forts and capture tthem to keep, or resign so they nneed to lose troops on walls. Or keep farming them yourself so that there's nothing left.
