unreceived coins

Hi,

Wondered how long you have to wait till receive coins? Purchased them yesterday and they still not in my account. Have mailed support with the receipt and they asked for my user name and that was that? Anyone give any advice on how to receive coins? Maybe a name or email?

Should probably Post this in bug reports, under haypi kingdom.

But in regard to your post- they normally appear within the minute. Some detailed information to give-

Approx time and time zone they were purchased
Screenshot of receipt (upload picture to computer)
Server
Account username
Amount purchased
Device, OS

With that the problem should be fixed. If not, make sure it went through on ur providers end, apple, android, windows, and make sure it was charged. If charged and coins do not appear after contact with support, contact your provider about a refund.
