How to store Guides or drafts in Game?

Can Anyone give Me an explantation how to store drafts or Guides other then to resend them like once or more a Day? Or other then deleting other Mail all Time. Or to Protect them from Spamming in ingame Mailbox?
I have Lost a Lot of stuff that has been Sent to me , i have taken screenshots of Important stuff but that doesn't really help bc u can't forward it.

I would like to do drafts for alliance information that can be forwarded to new members, noobs, etc.

My concern is on Idevices, but Id like to know for android, etc. as well bc we have members using other devices too.

Ahhhh.....the age old dilemma with the weak haypi ingame mailbox.
Unfortunately, you have to rely on your own ingenuity here.

In my day, all members were instructed to copy/paste everything to their notepads. I don't know if this works with android devices.

In addition, I had a website for the alliance that archived all alliance mail, as well as every guide I've ever posted here (and some others I didn't post here lol). Eventually, one of my alliance mates hosted a forum board for the alliance that went over well.

And of course, there's always good ol' palringo, which should be on every haypi generals phone and pc.

Get out the paper and pen and do it the old fashioned way.
