merging troops

how do i merge troops from diffrent citys of my?

Your troops need to be "at home". Then just go into the city your troops are in, tap cities icon and select the other city you want to send your troops. Tap dispatch and enter the amount. Validate and your troops are dispatched fropm one city to an other.
