Wall strength by lvl of fort

I've been wondering, what is the lvl and quantity of the traps and turrets relate to the lvl of the fort? I want to get it right so i can take a lvl 7 later.

the traps and turrets are the same level as the fort, and the amount and placement is random each time they spawn. After you wipe the fort it takes about a week of no one hitting it for the turrets and traps to come back.

Unless its been changed without my knowing it (it's been a while since I've attacked a fort) turrets and traps will not come back once defeated unless the fort is occupied and released or there is a server maintenance.

This is possible, i just noticed if i dont farm a fort for a week or two its likely to have a wall when i get around to farming it again. Its possible it was taken and reliesed in that time frame i dont pay that close attention.
