please refund the army!

Hi,
My account name is chakpa and i play on server 96.
I was in battle to occupy a 9lvl oasis but then i got disconncted and when i tried to log in back i could not. After sometime when i was able to log in, i saw all of my infantry 1730 was killed and 150 odd cat died out of 500 cats. I cleared 9lvl oasis before without even a single loss. I have war reports to prove i cleared 9lvl oasis without even one loss and also got the war report for the battle where i got disconnected due to server problem.
I dont mind losing army to another player but losing it coz server crashes is not acceptable.
I have worked hard for all these resources n time spent. I am feeling really frustated.
Please help me to stay n play this awesome game.

Ugh...that's the pits! Unfortunately it happens sometimes. Truth of the matter, even of its a server side issue, haypi still isn't liable.

But fear not!

If you're patient, shoot an email to support at kingdomsupport@haypi.com with detailed information about the problem, your device os, the date, time, specifics of the disconnection (what were you doing) and of course your screenshots with captions, and any other info you can think. Be sure to use your original email you used to create the acct to send your email, and dont forget username and server number.
All told, it has been my experience and the experience of countless associates of mine that haypi will actually return those troops to you, provided you may wait a week or more.
