Shooting tech upgrade!

Hi,
Could someone please explain how cats requirement decreases when shooting tech is upgraded higher? A detail info per shoot lvl for oasis and cats.

Not sure what you're looking for here, but the way shooting tech works is the higher level it is, the further away your troops can attack from (shooting affects inf and cav as well).
In some cases, this may allow you to kill more units, but more often it's gonna be your attack attribute that governs that. A strategic general may be aware of an enemies movement rate and be able to plan to have their cats hit in more rounds according to how they move.
 Following is a list of cats and archers ranges depending upon your shooting tech. 

RANGE OF RANGED UNITS
Archer
Base Range: 600
Tech Level
Lv1: 612
Lv2: 624
Lv3: 636
Lv4: 648
Lv5: 660
Lv6: 672
Lv7: 684
Lv8: 696
Lv9: 708
Lv10: 720

Catapult
Base Range: 800
Tech Level
Lv1: 816
Lv2: 832
Lv3: 848
Lv4: 864
Lv5: 880
Lv6: 896
Lv7: 912
Lv8: 928
Lv9: 944
Lv10: 960

There are too many tactics you may employ using this intel for me to get into it here. Think outside the box, and you'll be sure to figure out some interesting methods to take advantage of your range capabilities. One thing to keep in mind is you probably won't know your human opponents range until you fight them. Units in a fort or oasis however always have base range.
