Had my account on 94, hacked into and robbed. ALL SUPPORT DOES IS SAY IT WAS MY FAULT! Read this report! Tell me what you think. I respect your random opinion more than support! EPICDOGGA_ was the hackee!

I'm not trying to sound unsympathetic, but posts like this one appear on these forums about every week or so. In most cases, the poster is at fault and looking to spark some kind of reaction to support in other players. In all cases, enough information for an accurate judgement by the reader is NEVER given.

To be perfectly honest, the server logs you have posted show no evidence of anything you are talking about. Understand that we (the forum readers) have no idea who those players in those logs are. One might presume your banned acct is the Werebear acct and this epicdogga fellow is controlling the vulvaking and deathwrath, but tbh, that is quite a stretch for anyone to believe without some sort of evidence, and frankly, not sporting of you to proclaim publicly (as well as blatantly against the rules).

You say support will tell you nothing except that it is your fault. Well in light of the evidence (or lack thereof), and strictly going by what you said in your post:

....it should come as no surprise that is all support has to say, and it's actually more than they are legally required to say. Inspect the user agreement we all signed off on when we made accts:

You are solely responsible for the security of your personal information. 
Never give your password to another or allow another to use your password. Haypi Kingdom is not responsible for any harm to your account as a result of a lost or shared password and may be unable to restore your character to its original status.
No Ownership Rights in Account
NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY HEREIN, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU SHALL HAVE NO OWNERSHIP OR OTHER PROPERTY INTEREST IN THE ACCOUNT AND THAT THE ACCOUNT IS UNDER THE SOLE OWNERSHIP OF THE COMPANY.
THE COMPANY MAY, IN ITS SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION, SUSPEND, TERMINATE, MODIFY, OR DELETE ACCOUNTS, WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU. For purposes of explanation and not limitation, most account suspensions, terminations and/or deletions are the result of violations of this Agreement. 

This is all copy/pasted word for word from the TOS, and as impersonal, unhelpful, and uncaring as it may sound, these are the rules. It is moot to argue them after the fact, any misunderstandings or trepidations you may hve about these rules should have been addressed to the company BEFORE you signed off in agreement to them, which you assuredly did since you had an acct in the game.

So while I sympathize with anyone who is hacked, cheated or otherwise taken advantage of in this game, my sympathies really don't amount for any credible opinion that support might refer to in overturning their decision to ban you.

I will offer some advice, though. If you love the game, go to Walmart or somewhere that keeps idevices on display, and use the display model to download haypi and create a new acct. this time, use a pw that won't be easy for another player to figure out, or don't give away your login information. And more importantly, since many people user same pw over and over, make sure any other interet accts you may have DO NOT have the same pw as the one you used for haypi and got hacked with. It would be a shame of your email or other sensitive information was compromised as well.

hey man dont feel bad. My s93 account that i spent money on got hacked and treasures were sold. no one had my password nor my email. I changed my password and email yet again and then lettered support and had cassyh93 talk to her on pal. Support had cassy tell me that is was MY fault and she would do nothing about it. I was annoyed but only lost 5 nuggets so i dealt with it. 2 days later my account got hacked again (pw was changed 3 times since first hack) and my aliance was disbanded, i ended up with qeleanor's sub city, ALL my treasures were npc'd, and troops killed in a lvl 10 fort. I letter support again about getting hacked and began rebuilding. support didnt reply to me at all, then 2 days after my second report the account was banned for "illegal coin purchases". I sent ss of all my purchases for haypi to supports email and still no reply and account is still banned.

Support will not do anything for you. best thing to do is just rebuild and change your password daily. If someone is actually "hacking" you and it wasnt the case of a shared password then theres nothing you can do. Haypi states in their Terms that they are not responsible for damages to accounts due to shared passwords and they arent responsible for damages to account due to lost or STOLEN passwords.

Wow - makes me wonder if I really want to put any more effort into playing a game that is so easy for others to hack into your account and get nothing from support. How will that deter the hackers? May have to re-think playing this game....
